Shipping and Collection Policy
1. Delivery:
- Lead Time: Our lead time is 0-30 days, depending on order quantity and whether the order is bespoke.
- Delivery Charges: All prices exclude delivery charges. The buyer is responsible for paying delivery costs.
- Delivery Delays: We will inform the buyer of any delays as soon as possible. The company is not liable for additional costs incurred due to delays caused by factors such as traffic, accidents, incorrect delivery addresses, or carrier issues.
- Inspection: Buyers should inspect goods before signing the delivery note. We are not liable for damages or shrinkage reported after delivery has been signed for.
- Unloading: Due to the size and weight of goods, buyers are responsible for unloading at the delivery site.
2. Collection:
- Collection Availability: Collection of goods is available. Buyers can arrange to collect their orders from our facility.
- Storage: We offer free storage of goods for one week from the date the buyer is notified that the goods are ready for collection. If collection is delayed, we can store the goods for up to three months. After this period, we reserve the right to sell or dispose of the goods.
3. General Terms:
- Returns: Returns are not accepted for custom-sized or made-to-order goods. For wrong items, the customer is liable for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- Unloading Responsibility: Buyers must handle unloading at the delivery site due to the size and weight of the goods.
